I’ve come across a few interesting products that light up dark corners where you are looking (like these reading glasses and this clip-on for baseball caps). Here in the Home Trends catalog is another example.
I like the elegance of the reading glasses better, personally. But these could be very handy, too.
What do you think about the LED lights for furniture from LitStyle? I just wrote a post about it a couple days ago.

You might take a look at the Beam N Read Hands Free Lights from ASF Lightware Solutions (www.readinglight.com). They are worn around the neck and provide a lot of versatility without the limitations many other products have. For reading they can handle not only books but also newspapers, instruction sheets, magazines, etc. The lights shine from the chest and steadily lights up the workspace in front. They are great for crafts like quilting and knitting. They support clip-on magnifiers for detail work and night vision filters. Alkaline batteries in the LED 3 model last for 120 hours compared to 20-40 hours advertised for clip lights with similar light so it makes a great hands free power outage light. I found it great for changing diapers at night when my children were infants. Disclosure: This comment is posted by ASF Lightware Solutions.
Bob,
Thanks for coming by and for commenting. Your products look like a valuable addition to the portfolio of LED products out there.
And most of all, thanks for the disclosure of your position with ASF. Otherwise, I would likely have deleted your post as spam!
